- Accommodation is a 3-night or 4-night package and includes half board accommodation (open buffet breakfast, open buffet dinner and 1 soft drink for dinner. (Check-in time: 14.00, Check-out time: 12.00)
- Accommodation package fees cannot be divided. The package will be valid for a minimum of 3 nights.
- Participation confirmation cannot be given for participants whose payment has not been completed.
- Possible changes in tax rates by official institutions and additional taxes that may arise will be reflected in congress registration, accommodation and transfer fees.
